You should receive an email conformation for your payment along with another email to verify your primary account email. This is to ensure you are the legitimate owner of your account. Once you have verified your email your account details and login will be sent to you. Should you not receive this email please use the email form on the right and select the option “I didn’t receive my login details” or alternatively contact your account manager.
Once your account is active, all functions related to your package will be activated also. Your HTML 5 app is available to your customers immediately. Once you have setup your branding your native apps will be submitted using this branding. Native apps can take from 1 - 2 weeks from submission to become active. You will be notified at every stage in your dashboard and via email as each application moves through the process.
Our enterprise level has a huge range of flexibility with just as flexible pricing. From 2 or more stores to a multi brand global enterprise we have a solution to fit. Please use the contact form on the bottom right or on the pricing page to speak with an account manager.
Your plan consists of a monthly payable amount which has an included threshold of transactions. If your transaction amount payable to us exceeds this threshold, you will be credited back an amount equal to your monthly fee. In effect this makes the product cost neutral for your business as you only pay us any amount exceeding this threshold.
